Extract the PTLV file anywhere on your PC,you should have the latest version of the level editor, go to %appdata%, Pizza_Tower_GM2, Make a new folder named Levels with caps on The L, Add The level in it, Enter Pizza Tower Level Editor,And Load The Level!
